MANILA – The Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) have joined forces to enhance services and protect the Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) sector against unfair competition. This collaboration is formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
