The cases are linked to multiple exposure sites, with the earliest potential exposure dating back to June 21st at a service station in Stanley Bridge. Other identified locations include:
- A home goods store in Charlottetown
- An auto parts store in Charlottetown
- A chiropractor's office in Charlottetown
